The third most common question we get at ValueList (after how much is the flat-fee? and How much will I save?) is "How Can You Be So Much Less Expensive?"
This is a very astute question. If you've read the "About Us" page, you've probably already gotten your answer, but allow me to go into a bit greater detail because this is one of the main reasons for our success where other companies have failed.
The number one answer to this question is that we combine real estate services. If the grocery store that is advertising eggs on sale only sold those eggs, they wouldn't stay in business very long. This is the case in my opinion as to why a lot of the other discount real estate companies that have failed, have failed.
It simply costs too much to run a real estate office to make due on 1% or 2%.
With ValueList it's actually pretty simple. We utilize the listings as a "Loss Leader" to get you in the door. If you're selling, there is a good chance that

That's how we do it. We combine real estate services under one roof. It's actually not a new concept. It used to be common for the real estate company to loan you the money to buy the land or house. We have just modernized the principle.
