Jim Kuhn is Broker-Manager of our St. Charles County / North St. Louis County office, located in Remington Plaza at 3551 Veterans Memorial Parkway, Suite 104, St. Charles. He has many years of experience in sales, most recently spending 8 years as a Broker/Associate with Homeowners Concept, which has recently merged with ValueList Real Estate & Mortgage Services.

Allen Coggins has joined our Sales Staff with experience in Mortgage Origination & Real Estate Sales. Allen bought his first at the young age of 20 and ever since he has been buying & selling real estate of all kinds. Allen specializes in Commercial & Investment property. With 2 construction journeyman cards under his belt, his knowledge of the building trades will be most helpful in all aspects of getting your home, commercial or investment property ready for ale. Bill Weiss has many years of experience in the Real Estate field, with an emphasis on First-time Homebuyers. Bill has developed an expertise in working with former FSBO sellers.

Bob Mitchell is owner-broker of ValueList, and Broker-Manager of the main (Soulard) office covering the City of Saint Louis and South County/Jefferson County areas. Bob has years of experience in both real estate & mortgage brokerages.

John has joined our team as Chief Financial Officer and Operations Manager at our Company Headquarters in the historic Soulard Neighborhood of Saint Louis. With 35 years of executive experience and 9 years experience as a Real Estate Office manager for Homeowners Concept, his organizational skills are being put to use as our company expands services & operations. Please Note: At the time this picture was taken (several years ago) John already had a passbook savings account at his local federal bank (he still has the passbook); a piggybank full of coins under his bed; and, a job for which he was paid an allowance.

Charrissa specializes in investment properties. Her real estate savvy, great depth of experience & vast knowledge has helped her in being recognized as one of the best when it comes to buying and selling Investment Properties. Bill has joined our team with a background in rehabbing. His expertise in structural systems & contracting will allow him to specialize in rehabbed homes & condos. Bill will be assigned to our Jefferson County office this fall but is currently working out of the Soulard Office on the near-south side of Saint Louis City.
